It really all depends on how high of a security of a business you have.

A business should always make sure they know exactly what they want before they go out and buy a printer or software. They also should make sure they buy the best that is available. This is especially true for a printer. As we said technology is getting more advanced all of the time. If you buy the best printer now then it will not only do all that you need it to be it can also be used a lot longer. The most you may have to do is buy advanced software.

When an employer buys these printers it can save them money because they will not have to send out their printing needs and time and paperwork.
